Hides in Hand gladly accepts return or exchange inquiries.

All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase.
(Please know that if this was a Christmas gift and you are slightly past that date, we are still happy to make that exchange for you!)
Please note that returned items cannot show any signs of wear, or be washed or altered in any way. We request that the original tags are included with the return. (We want you to keep your heart cutouts, treats and contact info card!) If you are requesting a return/refund please ensure to include a copy of your original receipt or invoice.

Hides in Hand does not charge a re-stocking fee.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, or color, no problem. Simply send it back to us with a detailed note of your exchange request. Again, please ensure that items show no signs of wear and have their original tags. Hides in Hand does not cover return shipping costs for exchanges. Please appreciate that we are not a big box store or warehouse that offers those kind of free returns. We are a small Canadian business and pride ourselves in just that.
